This is the currently-inactive '''Opt''' rSQP solver. The code is still available in {{src|ascend/solver/slv2.c}}, {{src|ascend/solver/slv2.h}}, {{src|ascend/solver/rsqp.h}}. It is not known if this solver could be easily reinstated or not.
